Rashmi Prasad

Chairman & Managing Director

She began her career as an advocate in the year 2000.

Since then she has been actively providing legal services in the jurisdictions of India/UAE/United Kingdom.

Over the years after having advised corporate entities, she inculcated strong entrepreneurial skills and her strong drive for achievement was instrumental in finally unleashing her passion to begin her own International Trading company Tayana Global, which in Sanskrit means being successful.

She is hopeful that Tayana Global would be able to fulfill her vision of reaching the pinnacle of success and progress over the years to come.

With an illustrious career in the Legal profession, Prasad has been a mentor for the Tayana Global Team,

With 20+ years of experience in advising the Corporate Houses on their Corporate legal matters, prasad has impeccable insights in the international trading industry and he advises the Tayanaglobal team on the same, with relentless efforts to ensure that the organisation grows exponentially.

Panneerselvam

Director – Malaysia

Mr.Panneerselvam was appointed as the Director of Tayana Global Sdn.Bhd. On 5 August 2020, He overseas the business operation in Malaysia.

With more then 40 years of experience in diversified industries he is also a Director in Eye Conglomerate Sdn Bhd.

Yuan Feng

Director – Marketing and Business Development – China & Hong Kong

Mr.Yuan Feng, holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Xi’an Jiaotong University, China, with 14 years of experience in the field of construction, construction equipment and medical devices. He has gained immense knowledge in the field of marketing, His negotiation skills and in-depth knowledge on range of products is an added advantage to “Tayana Global Group”.

Shashidhar Y S

Advisor – Middle East & Africa

Shashidhar Y S is currently a Strategic advisor to a Dubai Based entity,

Shashi previously was Partner and Managing Director for Middle East, Africa and South Asia for Frost & Sullivan, a leading global research and consulting firm.

He has personally guided 150+ engagement over his 20 years of professional career which include Feasibility Studies, Market Development & Expansion Plans, and Strategy building.

Prior to Frost & Sullivan, he worked with AC Nielsen in India for about 8 years.

Shashi has a BE in Electronics Engineering and an MBA in Marketing.

Sushant Dilip Kumthekar

India operations Head

An ambitious entrepreneur started his career in Travel Industry by incorporating “Kshipra Hanss”,

He is a B.Tech, Graduate from Mumbai University and holds a PGD in TCI from Tata Institute of Social Sciences, because of his penchant interest in international tourism he continues to indulge in providing his services in this industry,

He currently manages India operations of Tayana Global LTD.

Vice President – Business Development

Kumaresh was appointed as Vice President, Business Development on 7 May 2020, He manages business development in Malaysia.

He has 20+ years of experience in Marketing and Business Strategy management,

He is also a Director in Eye Conglomerate Sdn Bhd.

Advisor – Switzerland & Europe

Bruno Rosset is a serial entrepreneur in the healthcare sector, a leader in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry as well as a specialist in the field of genetics,

He has more than 25 years of experience, in the Middle East, India Sub Continent, Africa, Central Eastern Europe, Russia and Central Asia, Austria and Switzerland.

He was a member of board of Directors, at Interpharma – Swiss Association of research based Pharmaceutical Companies, Arabo Swiss Chamber of Commerce and a member of the Swiss Association of Chemical- and Pharmaceutical Industry (SGCI), the Swiss Biotech Association, where he was responsible for International Relations.
